OUR mission

Our mission at Ten East Ten West is to build and brand a company and a roster of talent that aligns with and empowers artists and minorities and works hand-in-hand with those artists in building their brands into thriving businesses.

Guiding and building healthy careers and making sure that each artist is being put in front of the best crowds and being heard on the hottest playlists is a top priority.

“The artist can stand alone as a brand, with an excellent team surrounding them.”

Ten East Ten West is a modern-day talent management group serving musicians who are ready to take their business to the next level. Operating out of our airstream trailer, we connect musicians to profits from Dallas to Los Angeles, and beyond. We’re not about fancy offices or board meetings. We are about helping artists increase their exposure and boost their income quickly and efficiently. Our objective is to help every one of our clients carve out space for themselves in the ever-changing music industry.

We seek to empower every artist that walks through our virtual doors and help them turn their musicianship into a thriving business. From getting music placements in film and television to being heard on the hottest playlists, we create a roadmap to make your goals a reality.
